Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Organic Square Foods, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently offer shipping across  India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery option but generally range between 3–7 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of delivery failure due to customer unavailability or wrong address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

For perishable or temperature-sensitive products, we take extra care in packaging to maintain quality during transit. However, please ensure someone is available to receive the order upon arrival.
