Return Window

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your return.

We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the returned item and the eligibility criteria.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) within a certain number of days – depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

• Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment gateway policies.
• If applicable, shipping fees and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from your refund amount.

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
Sometimes transactions may take a little longer to reflect.

2. Contact your credit card company.
It may take several business days before your refund is officially posted to your account.

3. Contact your bank.
There is often a processing time delay before a refund appears in your statement.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

We encourage customers to review product details and promotional terms carefully before making a purchase during a sale or special offer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Organic Square Foods, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For high-value or fragile returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost or untraceable in transit.
